Dr. Franelia Curaming, also known as Dr.Fran, is a sports and wellness chiropractor who has operated her own sports chiropractic practice for nearly a decade, providing a range of chiropractic and therapeutic services. Dr.Fran believes that a healthy spine and body requires a lifestyle centered in physical activity and proper nutrition. Her mission is to empower individuals and families to reach optimal health and vitality by supporting active lifestyles with her expertise in sports injury recovery and functional nutrition. Dr.Fran provides a comprehensive treatment approach to optimize performance by tuning the body to make it more resilient to the stresses of physical activity. Her treatments focus on bringing muscles and joints into balance by combining the most effective soft tissue therapies with chiropractic joint manipulation and corrective exercises. Her nutritional advice and consultations are informed by her training with the Institute of Functional Medicine.Dr.Fran has operated her own sports chiropractic practice for over a decade, providing a wide range of chiropractic and therapeutic services.
