I graduated from Life Chiropractic West in the Fall of 2021, but my journey began in 2007. Nearly 6 months after I graduated high school, I lost my mother to a number of different health factors. This awoke a passion to seek out what truly makes someone healthy. Since 2011, I've found a piece of that through personal training, which transformed into becoming a life coach. In 2015, I found the next piece when I enrolled in chiropractic college. It was a perfect fit because it shared the philosophy of making our bodies as healthy as possible versus treating the disease after we are already sick. I believe the key to a happy, healthy life is education and preventative care, and I live to empower my clients to reach their full potential.
