Our physical therapy services are all Individualized, private and personal, and are now being offered online for virtual treatment via TeleMedicine! This includes traditional Physical Therapy with orthopedic evaluation and treatment, with emphasis on creating your home program. We use exercise training including pilates, yoga, gym weights, and sports rehabilitation to help you achieve your goals. We can empower you to learn about deep tissue massage and myofascial release. We believe exercise is medicine. Other treatments choices include the use of athletic tape for stability, core strength training for spine problems, and specialty programs following micro-discectomy and spinal surgeries. We offer wellness education and advice. Most common problems treated are muscle, joint, disc, ligament, or tendon-related. This includes injuries to the Back, Knee, Shoulder or other joints. We treat pain related to the musculoskeletal system, as well as sports or athletic injuries.
