Susie Duttge is the founder and principal operator of Fit for Life Rehab and Fitness Clinic. Susie has 30 years experience in the health and fitness industry with 20 years as a Certified Medical Exercise Specialist. Her continuing education includes Orthopedic Rehabilitation of the Knee and Shoulder, Spinal Stability Assessment and Treatment, Parkinson's Disease and Movement Disorders, Assessment and Treatment of Compression Neuropathies of the Upper Extremities, Treatment and Prevention of ACL Injuries, and Tai Chi for Balance and Fall Risk Reduction. Susie has served as the Midwest Representative for the American Academy of Rehabilitation, Health and Fitness Professionals, building and maintaining relationships with the medical community. She has been a Continuing Education Provider for the American Council on Exercise, a wellness consultant and an off ice master trainer for competitive youth ice skaters. Susie has the distinction of being a marathon runner and triathlete.Fit For Life Rehab and Fitness Clinic is in it's 20th year in Lake Bluff with a wonderful reputation for healing physical issues while maintaining caring, personalized relationships with our patients and wellness clients. Our staff of physical therapist and medical exercise specialist each have over 25 years experience and are trained in the most up-to-date therapeutic methods.
