Dr. Kristine Lamana is a New Orleans native. She received her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from Louisiana State University in 2009 and held multiple jobs in the health, wellness, and fitness industry until making a move to Daytona Beach to pursue her doctorate in Chiropractic medicine in 2012. Upon graduation in 2015, she fell in love with Daytona Beach and decided to remain in the area. After being an associate for 3 years in another practice she made the big leap to open her own membership based office along with a performance based indoor cycling concept in the heart of Daytona Beach.Started in 2017, Evolve Chiropractic was developed to "evolve" the way we think about wellness care and provide superior services in a convenient and cost effective membership model. We employ cutting edge modalities and top notch chiropractic care to the Daytona beach area.

I’ve been receiving treatment at Evolved Chiropractic for years, and the care here is truly unmatched. Dr.Lama is knowledgeable, professional, and always attentive to your needs. The clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including advanced treatment machines and even a cryo tank which is an amazing bonus. The environment is always clean, welcoming, and professional. Highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their wellness and overall health!

I went and saw Kristine today. She hit me with the laser and adjusted my neck and did the stem unit. I am ache free and moving effortlessly for the first time in years! Also, she can treat my lady's carpal syndrome too. We both have appointments for next week 😊. I cannot recommend her enough!

Dr Kristine is a colleague of mine! She has some super cool wellness modalities I don’t offer in my office. She is super kind, very knowledgeable and caring. The office is beautiful and easy to get to! Great environment! I do cryotherapy weekly and I just had a cryo facial! WOW! Super beneficial for my body to keep me performing at top pace. The cryo facial made my face look and feel tremendous. Highly recommend her! She is Energetic and able to help with your recovery!

If you live in Daytona Beach and want the best chiropractic care and pain management Dr. Lamana is the BEST! I was suffering from excruciating shoulder pain, I got in the same day, and after 2 sessions I’m happy to say I am a new person, pain-free, and ready to go on a big trip this weekend! The state of the art facilities combined with her vast knowledge and thorough care have made me a giant believer in Evolve Chiropractic!!!!!
