My goal is to provide people with alternative paths for health and well-being. I enjoy Rolfing Structural Integration and Rolf Movement for its holistic approach. My practice at Elemental Rolfing Structural Integration encourages people to explore more of their potential. I am a certified Rolfer™ from the Rolf Institute® in Boulder, Colorado and trained in Rolf® Movement. I am also a certified massage therapist through the Californian Massage Therapy Council (Lic. 42355).Rolfing Structural Integration was first developed by biophysicist, Dr. Ida P. Rolf more than fifty years ago. She designed Rolfing Structural Integration and the Ten-Series as a method to reorganize the body to allow it to function in more optimal, economical ways. She was a pioneer in researching how gravity affects the body along with ways to counteract those effects. Bill Stiefel continues her work as a Rolfer at Elemental Rolfing Structural Integration in Los Angeles CA.
