I started treatment with Dr. Pierre primarily to resolve my recurring migraine headaches. I am happy to report I did not have any episodes while under his care. Pierre explained how ABC treatments could resolve many other skeletal issues I had accumulated throughout many years of just living my life. Dr. Pierre is an expert ABC practitioner. At each visit he re-evaluates your body’s current state and provides appropriate treatments necessary on that day. He also provides expertise and the tools necessary to help his patients properly unwind and not replicate the bad habits that put their bodies in a negative state in the first place. I will be back in N.Y. in the spring and plan to pick up my treatments where we left off. I highly recommend Pierre to anyone who is in need of recalibrating their body back to good health.

Although I have only had a month of treatments, Pierre has already made a big difference in my posture and physical wellbeing. The forward tilt in my head has reduced, my shoulders are more level, my shoulder strength has improved, the stress and pain in my calves has reduced and my appetite has increased. I look forward to following Pierre on my path to further improvements.

After my neck surgery in ‘23 I started experiencing some lower back pain which gradually increased over the span of almost 3 yrs until I met Pierre. 2 weeks before I met him I was rushed to the hospital in the most excruciating pain I’ve ever experienced! They wanted to operate on me to get the displaced disc off my nerve root. I told them I wanted to wait for the surgeon I was comfortable with so I then scheduled a surgery date. After that my cousin, (already a patient of Pierre’s) who had tried to get me to make an appointment with Pierre reached out again and convinced me. I had been a skeptic for a long time and had put off making an ABC appointment. How very wrong I was!!! After my very 1st appointment I walked out of that office a changed man. My outlook on life, my breathing, my anxiety and most of all my pain had taken an enormous steps in improvement! My children and my wife commented on how happy I was and how tall and straight I was now standing, how I couldn’t stop smiling all day and again this was after MY VERY FIRST APPOINTMENT!!! Not saying everyone is guaranteed the same results but I was surgery bound and this man changed my life! I cannot wait for future appointments! The Lord put this man in my life for a reason and now I know exactly why! Highly recommend anyone with any type of back pain or even bad posture to come in at least for an initial visit and watch the miracles unfold infront of your own eyes!

Hello, I am a recent Cornell grad. I graduated with an engineering degree in earth and atmospheric science :). I am currently 27 years old. I was diagnosed with scoliosis beginning of middle school and wore a brace since then. I’ve been to multiple physical therapist/ chiropractors growing up. I went to one that specialized in the Schroth method during high school. Before I came to Dr. Pierre, I also went to a chiropractor consistently (once to twice a week) for a whole year. But even if I tried many places, I felt hopeless because my pain and discomfort never went away. I am so grateful to have met Dr. Pierre. I’ve been going to Spinal Wellness since August 2025. I have been consistently going twice a week since August and I see real improvements. I didn’t know what it felt like to breathe properly or not constantly think about my neck/back discomfort until Dr. Pierre. Thank you so much!

"When in sickness, look to the spine first," -Hippocrates. So true, how to fix it? ABC is the answer. For years I’ve struggled with instability and pain throughout by body. I was constantly uncomfortable and believe me when I say I have tried absolutely everything (pain relief products, I.v therapy, cryotherapy, braces, orthotics, posture support products, several other chiropractors, PT, acupuncture, weekly massage etc.) . I’ve been seeing Dr. Pierre for 2 weeks now and have been following the sitting, standing, sleeping recommendations- I can feel my body healing and I feel better than ever. As an occupational therapist- I’m thankful to have found an intervention that actually works. As a mother-I'm grateful to no longer be struggling on and off with instability/pain that limited my activities with my daughter.
