She holds advanced certification in orthopedics, certifications in personal training, running coaching, and active release techniques. Wendy uses manual therapy along with the latest medical evidence in clinical decision making. We are a physical therapy clinic and performance center aimed at helping New Yorkers assess their gait, work on weaknesses, and create a plan tailored to their needs. We offer biomechanical running analysis, hands-on care by physical therapists with advanced certifications, and state of the art objective measurements. We offer VO2Max testing and Optogait testing that provides information such as ground contact time, cadence, and symmetry. We have 100% successful race completion rate.
