With intense focus, pinpoint body proprioception, and tremendous muscular coordination, the outdoor activities that make Chattanooga great demand a lot from your body. The muscles and ligaments supporting your body are under high levels of stress while preforming these outdoor activities. At times we push too hard, fall, or bottom out resulting in an injury.
