Compassion Massage Therapy and Fitness Denver is based out of Littleton CO @LIVEFit Wellness. I am a personal trainer and a neuromuscular massage therapist. I hold office hours based on request. All scheduling is done through me on the phone, text, or email. Please DO NOT book your session through LIVEFit Wellness, or you will have to pay for the room. Please have me schedule your session. The room fee is worked into my session pricing. I specialize in massage and fitness for those with chronic pain due to illness or injury. I also specialize in massage and fitness training for prenatal and postpartum clients. I have been practicing massage for 18 years and graduated from Boulder College of Massage Therapy. I have recently become a certified fitness trainer through the NCCPT. I love to work out and help my clients have fun while working out. I also work on clients while in the hospital due to illness, injury, and pregnancy. All hospital must have a doctor's approval PRIOR to your massage session. I do not provide hospital fitness and exercise rehab. All clients with illness or recent injuries must have a doctor's approval for in-office massage and fitness training PRIOR to their session.
