Dr. Scott Young - Director of Whole Body Cryotherapy at Cold Rush Wellness. He is a California State Licensed chiropractor with 25 plus years of experience. He is a Gonstead chiropractor, which uses a biomechanically sound adjustive technique. He has a no nonsense, find-it, fix-it, leave-it-alone philosophy when it comes to adjusting the spine. This technique gets fast results and when combined with advanced cryotherapy, the results come even faster. Dr. Young returned in 2013 after living in The Netherlands for 20 years. He is pleased to offer the latest technology in Whole Body Cryotherapy to the public. He has also designed a training program for people with limited time who want to maximize their training potential and speed recovery and healing. The treatments are administered inside a CRYOSAUNA and can help to unleash the "inner doctor" located within. We are also pleased to offer percussion massage and AlphaSwitch personal training. AlphaSwitch training is a European developed training system which has a 5 point formula to maximize results while minimizing the time to achieve these results.
