Once a chiropractic patient, now a chiropractic doctor with a passion to help people build health instead of fighting disease. My family was sick (high blood pressure, high cholesterol, digestive issues, headaches,obesity, anxiety, fatigue, and on multiple medications) and stuck in our medical system and we didn't know there were other options. We were introduced to chiropractic, followed a health program and had a huge transformation. We lost over 140 lbs, reduced and eliminated all of our symptoms, and stopped taking all of our medications. Chiropractic helped our bodies heal and function better than they ever had before. Our transformation impacted my entire family so much that my daughter, son, and I changed our career goals so we could join the chiropractic industry to help families the way we were helped. Chiropractic has changed my family forever and I am here to help change your health and your life.

Dr Chris Hopkins welcomes you to Hopkins Wellness and Chiropractic in Westchase. Did you know that if you are experiencing headaches, neck pain, shoulder pain, or back pain, it is your body's way of saying Pay Attention Inside Now? We focus on the cause of the pain and base our treatment and patient rehabilitation on corrective care. Research shows that typical chiropractic adjustments are just not enough to correct a misaligned spine and corrective care rehab exercises are necessary. Spinal correction is usually necessary to relieve pain and improve nerve flow so the body can heal and function better. We have been able to help patients with scoliosis, straight neck, forward head posture, uneven hips, and many other spinal misalignments. We use a combination of specific adjustments, neuromuscular re-education tools, a weighting system and home care exercises to increase results. We let results speak for themselves! Dr Hopkins serves patients from #Oldsmar FL, Odessa FL, Lutz FL, Citrus Park FL, Town n Country FL, Safety Harbor FL, Dunedin FL, and Westchase FL.
