Dr. Austin and his staff are nice enough, but I experienced no benefits from my treatment. It's also clear they're more focused on maximizing throughput than their patients' well being. Overall, it was a significant waste of money. I would recommend trying somewhere else.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr Adam (and sometimes Dr Bill) for close to 20 years! They are the best, holistic thinking chiropractors in Raleigh. The orthogonal approach eliminates pain and inflammation from any adjustments and their friendly, calm demeanor makes every experience a pleasure. I’ve known many staff throughout the years as well. They are also the kindest, most respectful and responsive folks. The Doctors know how to choose ‘em! Happy 30th Anniversary Atlas!

They CAN FIX you! If you want a place that makes you feel welcomed AND relieves your aches and pains, this is the place. After slipping a disc in my back, I started with Bill almost 28 years ago. He has done wonders for everyone in my family, reducing migraines, helping with hip pain and just keeping us healthy. He adjusted all 4 of our kids within 1 week of their births. The staff are all kind and respectful also. If you have ever been afraid of chiropractic, please give Atlas a try, the orthogonal method is so precise and unobtrusive there is no stress involved at all. Just lay down relax and let them show you what feeling better feels like. You won’t regret it! Dr Bill is the absolute BEST, I tell everyone about him.❤️❤️

My family loves Atlas Orthogonal! I started coming here ~15 years ago and once I had my son he started coming too. I used to get pressure headaches with the weather and ever since my atlas was corrected it has made a world of difference and no more headaches. Dr. Bill is the best!
