A propos

Dr. Thomas Cate was born in St. Joseph, Missouri in 1959. As a former collegiate athlete, he completed his undergraduate at Hutchinson Jr. College on a full-ride baseball scholarship. Dr Cate moved to Houston Texas and became a paramedic to work his way through school at Texas Chiropractic College where his step-father and twin brother also attended.You may have heard Dr. Cate on the radio. For more than 22 years, he hosted a live call-in radio show, "Health Review", weekly on Tulsa's KCFO AM 970 radio station. He has also consistently advertised on K95 FM, KCFO AM 970, and KFAQ 1170 AM in Tulsa. Dr. Cate has completed all continuing education requirements required annually for license renewal and has earned a number of additional certifications above and beyond what is required annually. Dr. Cate holds a license from the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and is licensed to practice in Oklahoma and Texas.

I have had back issues for many years and finally decided to try a chiropractor. My primary care recommended Dr Cate so I decided to give him a try. I am amazed at the difference in my back. I no longer have leg pain and my back rarely gives me any problems. When it does I know it’s time to go back and get another adjustment. It has been a life changer for me! I have to also mention that all of his staff are the best! Everyone is so friendly, nice and helpful. I highly recommend Dr Cates care!

Cate Chiropractice Center is outstanding for its clean and deodorized environment, and very efficient, friendly, and courteous employees. Dr. Cate is very sociable and engages in humorous conversation with his patients while doing their alignments, so as to alleviate any undue pain or discomfort. Dr. Cate and his staff are well trained and they offer quick and accurate services to their clients. There is absolutely no 'wait time'or 'waste time' at Cate Chiropractic Center. You "come and go" better than you came.Cate Chiropractic Center has also donated to my ministry- "This Is What Jesus Will Do Ministries Inc.", to provide monthly lunch banquets for the homeless. I an waiting with great anticipation for Cate Chiropractic Center to make an additional donation to help "This Is What Jesus Will Do Ministries" close on the purchase of Two God- ordained Buildings to house the Homeless before the end of this year, 2025.

In 82 years I always had different levels of lower back pain. My solution was to take Aleve for relief. Being a golfer, I also used some stretches and kept active in keeping yardwork done. About 2 yrs ago I experienced lower back pain that stopped my daily routine and no golf. After getting a referral from a friend, I made an appointment with Dr Thomas Cate, in Tulsa. This was a new step for my historical unbelief in going to a chiropractor. Following the initial evaluation and x-rays, I followed a treatment plan which resulted in 80% recovery in about 3 weeks. I now follow monthly treatment for ongoing maintenance. Looking back I should have started my back treatment in mid life.
