Dr Jennifer Hastings graduated from Life University in Atlanta, GA in May 2005. She returned to her home in South Florida with her alma matter, "To Give, To Do, To Love and To Serve", to be close to her family, loved ones and serve her community with exceptional Chiropractic Care. Dr. Hastings was first introduced to chiropractic at the age of 17, when she sought care for her migraine headaches. Her experience was filled with more than just relief. Dr Sanchez, her chiropractor at the time would not only adjust her but educate her on Chiropractic Principles and the Innate Intelligence of the body. Through her journey of physical, mental and spiritual growth, she had the opportunity to come across many other extraordinary Chiropractors. She's had the honor of working with them and be under their mentorship. Dr. Hastings enjoys lecturing in the community in her practice, community organizations, and corporations on ways to access better health, vitality and live an extraordinary life.Café of Life is a family chiropractic center; we have been helping infants to elders express their true health potentials through Chiropractic for the last 5 years. We serve people in the Cooper City, Pembroke Pines, Plantation, Weston, Hollywood, Sunrise, Miramar and Ft Lauderdale areas. Dr. Hastings opened a "Café of Life" (a name shared by Chiropractors around the country, though individually owned) for their mission to give all, love all and serve all through Chiropractic: - Our heart's desire is to serve humanity with love and teach the principles of life, health, healing, wellness and wellbeing inherent to Chiropractic Philosophy. We offer chiropractic, spinal exercises, posture correction, massage therapy, nutrition consultations and FREE health workshops!
