Dr Jennifer Hastings graduated from Life University in Atlanta, GA in May 2005. She returned to her home in South Florida with her alma matter, "To Give, To Do, To Love and To Serve", to be close to her family, loved ones and serve her community with exceptional Chiropractic Care.
Dr. Hastings was first introduced to chiropractic at the age of 17, when she sought care for her migraine headaches. Her experience was filled with more than just relief. Dr Sanchez, her chiropractor at the time would not only adjust her but educate her on Chiropractic Principles and the Innate Intelligence of the body.
Through her journey of physical, mental and spiritual growth, she had the opportunity to come across many other extraordinary Chiropractors. She's had the honor of working with them and be under their mentorship.
Dr. Hastings enjoys lecturing in the community in her practice, community organizations, and corporations on ways to access better health, vitality and live an extraordinary life.Café of Life is a family chiropractic center; we have been helping infants to elders express their true health potentials through Chiropractic for the last 5 years.
We serve people in the Cooper City, Pembroke Pines, Plantation, Weston, Hollywood, Sunrise, Miramar and Ft Lauderdale areas.
Dr. Hastings opened a "Café of Life" (a name shared by Chiropractors around the country, though individually owned) for their mission to give all, love all and serve all through Chiropractic:

The Cafe staff is personable and professional; they always greet with a smile. Dr. Melissa is soft-spoken and sweet; Dr. Jen is knowledgeable and direct; Sophia is helpful and welcoming; and Jordan is the office charm and helpful. Elle is a wonderful girl (dog).

Dr. Jennifer Hastings and Dr. Melissa are fantastic, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely take their time to understand what’s going on with your body.
I recently have started the Softwave treatment they offer, and I’ve seen real improvement in my back pain. I’m sleeping better, have more mobility, and my posture has noticeably improved. The office also has a calm, clean atmosphere, which makes the whole experience feel even more comfortable.
