After graduating from the Heartwood Institute, in Northern California, I received my national certification as well as San Francisco Massage license. Completing 1,025 hours of training in bodywork, human anatomy, physiology, nutrition and physical health such as yoga and Thai Chi, has set a solid foundation from which to build my practice. A practice which I hold sacred. Hobbies include yoga, hiking, reading, movies, poetry, fine dining, and travel.When I graduated in August 2007, I began my private practice with friends and family. By word of mouth I have been building a larger client base and continue to grow as a person as well as a business.
