Dr. Michael Camp specializes in manipulative medicine, and has certifications from the National Strength and Coniditioning Association, National Academy of Medicine, Titleist Golf Performance Institute, and has completed multiple advanced manual physiotherapy courses. Dr. Camp received his bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland at College Park, majoring in kinesiology with a minor in exercise physiology. Upon graduation, he attended Osteopathic Medical School, studying medicine and manual manipulative medicine. He then moved to Tampa, Florida and trained at the Institute of Human Performance with some of the country's top physicians and athletic trainers. While at the Institute, Dr. Camp was part of a team involved with rehabilitating and improving the performance of athletes from the PGA, MLB, NFL, NHL, NCAA, minor league baseball, tennis, and Olympic hopefulls.

Dr. Camp currently treats numerous IFBB bodybuilders, figure competitors, mixed martial arts fighters, and various high school and college athletes. In addition to Dr. Camp, Bethpage Physical Therapy is staffed with a team of highly trained therapists specializing in the following techniques: Osteopathy, Maitland, Spine, ART, McKenzie, Cyriax, and Mulligan Treatments. We also offer Women's Physical Therapy Rehabilitation which provides comprehensive, individualized physical therapy care. WPTR can help most anyone who would like to improve their function and relieve their pain. Whether you are revovering from an injury, surgery, or simply want to move and feel better, the therapists at Women's Physical Therapy will be able to assist your goal.
