BE Fit was founded in 2009 by physical therapists and friends Eric Ellingson and David Barlow. Word quickly spread of their excellence in sports and orthopedic care. After seven years at their Hanover, NH location, they had grown to five therapists, and needed additional space to be able to treat more patients. In 2017, they partnered with the Upper Valley Aquatic Center to add a second clinic location inside of the newly expanded gym facility. They now serve patients throughout the Upper Valley from both locations.

(see website or separate yelp page) BE Fit Physical Therapy is an outpatient physical therapy clinic specializing in sports and orthopedic rehabilitation. We focus on providing a high level of care for all of our patients. Our five licensed physical therapists average more than 15 years of experience in patient care, and we utilize no aids or physical therapy assistants. BE Fit specializes in treating active individuals of all ages, helping them to eliminate their pain to be able to BE Fit and BE Well. We are located at 100 Arboretum Lane in WRJ, inside the newly expanded and upgraded Upper Valley Aquatic Center. We have ample parking and a sunny, open, and friendly clinic.
