Do not go to this clinic. They gave me one price with my insurance and then charged me something completely different. The adjustment was ridiculous. He only adjusted a small area on my back, did an X-ray, charged my insurance and I still paid $100 dollars.

Dr jarnagin and staff r awesome im 64 bad back and neck, he knows how to heal, very knowledgeable, he has taught me how to take better care of my back, I also work 12 hours so if u need a chiropractor he is one of the very best, highly recommend this business, im thankful to have them in my life

Dr. Alan Alexander is awesome! I had pretty strong nerve pain related to carpal tunnel and “mouse shoulder” about a year ago and he is the only medical provider who really helped me! I felt better after the very first visit. The bit of relief from the pain was wonderful! He knew exactly what to do. Highly recommend him! Nice folks at this office too.

Dr. Kyle Jarnagin is amazing!! He’s friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and really cares about helping you feel better! He helped with my pain, and everything seems to being staying in alignment so I’ll only be going once every couple of months! The whole staff is super friendly and makes you feel welcome! You do need to call ahead of time to schedule an appointment because they seem to stay booked up! Convincingly located off of Old Greenwood in Fort Smith!
