Dr Crosby and his staff are the best! Always feel better when I leave. Everyone is courteous, responsive, and professional. No other place would I go.

Extremely disappointing experience. Never even got the chance to actually receive services. While driving to a scheduled 10:30 AM appointment, a call was made to confirm how long the session would be. The staff member stated it would be 30 minutes. When asked about paperwork that had never been received, there was no flexibility offered to complete it upon arrival — instead, it was stated it had to be done in person, with no solution provided. After realizing the exit had been missed, a follow-up call was made immediately to inform the office that arrival would be about eight minutes late. Instead of showing any understanding or accommodation, the appointment was automatically pushed to the following Monday and paperwork sent through email. For someone actively trying to receive care and spend money with the business, there was zero effort to work with the situation. What makes this more frustrating is that this was already the second attempt to be seen. The first appointment was canceled due to a family emergency by them, which was completely understood. However, being refused service over an eight-minute delay — with no flexibility or customer care — is unreasonable. Unfortunately, this experience felt unaccommodating and dismissive. Would not recommend based on the lack of professionalism and customer service alone.

Dr. Crosby is by far the best Chiropractor! I’ve been seeing him for years and he has helped me with many injuries! He listens to your needs and helps guide you through your pain with exercises and other therapies! Stephanie is always very friendly and helpful as well! Thanks guys for your help! Diane 😊

An amazing experience. My neck back and legs were adjusted and immediate relief! First good nights sleep in a long time. He takes the time needed to get to the root of the problem and provide great results. Highly recommended.
