Manager Since November 2013, Graduated from Saint Louis University in 2010 with Doctorate in Physical Therapy, Board Certified Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy as of 2014.New larger clinic space as of November 2015, we moved from suite 1205, after the merge and acquisition of Accelerated Rehabilitation.
