He has been practicing Athletic Training since receiving his Masters degree from Indian State University in 1981. He received his physical therapy degree from Northwestern University in 1985, graduating with high honors. In 1991, Carl received his manual therapy certification from the Institute of Graduate Physical Therapy in St. Augustine Florida. He has continued his post graduate education by completing all the continuing medical education courses in the manual medicine in the school of osteopathic medicine at Michigan State University. Carl has been in private practice in the Lansing area since 1987. He specializes in Sports Medicine, Manual Medicine and Orthopedics.Carl Weaver's vision for this clinic was to provide an environment where sound, research based physical therapy practices would be combined with kind, compassionate care. This clinic was started with a strong belief in one-on-one, hands-on care. Manipulative medicine, bio-mechanics and therapeutic exercise build the foundation of our treatment philosophy. In addition, we are a true Sports Medicine clinic, offering the combination of Physical Therapists and Athletic Trainers working together to provide you with top notch multifaceted treatment.
