I have been suffering for months with what was originally diagnosed as a pinched nerve in my spine. I have done adjustments at the chiropractor with only minor and brief, about 15 to 30 minutes, of relief. I have done various stretches, laid on different sized tennis balls, as well as spinal stretching items to try and get this pinched nerve to be taken care of. My arm would lose feeling on the top part as well as my three fingers, it would be cold to the touch and the only relief was a heating pad that I would have to leave constantly on in order to sleep, at times I would wake during the night in so much pain my eyes were already watering. I was told I need to get anti-inflammatory shots and possible surgery. I have no idea how or what happened in order for me to be in such pain. A very dear and close friend recommended Jeannie at Arizona Massage & Neuromuscular Therapy. I messaged them Thursday night, got a response Friday morning, they were booked for the following week and I made a booking for the week, and stated if they had any cancelations to please let me know. That afternoon I got a message there was a cancellation for Monday I took the appointment, it was far sooner than being able to get into a doctor that could give me an anti-inflammatory shot and even then not be able to figure out what the root causes is. I showed up and Jeannie asked what was going on and I explained all of my symptoms and where I felt the pain and numbness. I had been freewarned by my friend that as Jeannie goes to work on the area I will probably experience some pain and I did. yet I could feel the soreness actually lessen over time. When it was done and over with I was expecting that within an hour or so I would have the pain back like I did with the spinal adjustment, I did not. That night I got the best sleep I have in months. Now a little over 24 hours later I am writing this review happy to say that my pain has not come back in any way close to what I had been over the last few months. I highly recommend Jeannie. I have known Jeannie since I first started going to her back in 2001. My son was 4 and had persistent ear infections since birth.
