Dr. Kazemi PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS has been a clinical professor/adjunct clinical faculty with the physical therapy program at Old Dominion University since 2006. He provides clinical education for several US physical therapy programs. He is certified as a clinical instructor by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and has also served as a physical therapy consultant and advisor to large organizations. We have four offices serving Southwest Houston, Sugarland, Missouri city and the Katy area.
