Doctor Alyssa N. Hickey is the founder of ANH Wellness. She is a graduate from New York Chiropractic College. Dr. Hickey has always had a passion for helping people, which first sparked her interest in chiropractic while she was in high school. Shortly into her education at New York Chiropractic College she began to have increased enthusiasm for learning more about women's health specifically in treating pregnant women and children. Alyssa gained further education on her interest by submerging herself in related courses, clubs and seminars including, Pediatric radiology, Pregnancy and Pediatric Nutrition, Women's Health care Issues, Clinical Pediatrics Chiropractic Care and is a member of the International Pediatric Chiropractic Association. She also obtained her certification in Webster technique, a technique of diversified adjustments to reduce the effects of sacral and SI dysfunction to improve neuro-biomechanical function in the pelvis.

Dr. Hickey and Dr. Morphet both specialize in treating pregnant women and children. They are part of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) and are certified in Webster Technique. Webster technique is a chiropractic technique used during pregnancy to help promote optimal pelvic function. During pregnancy a mother's body goes through many changes causing increased stress on the body, including pelvic misalignment along with torsion and tightening of specific pelvic muscles and ligaments. The resulting tense muscles and ligaments and their effect on the uterus can prevent the baby from assuming the best possible position for birth. Webster technique provides chiropractors with a gentle and effective way to restore pelvic function allowing the associated muscles and ligaments to relax and for the uterus to be in the most optimal position for the baby's growth. Webster Technique decreases many discomforts associated with pregnancy, encourages ideal alignment and assists in decreasing complication in the birthing process.

I could go on for days about how wonderful this place is.. the atmosphere, staff, supplements, all of it. I started seeing Dr. Hickey during my second pregnancy for severe pelvic pain. She was the only provider in my care team who actually helped (and eventually eliminated) the pain I had. I still see her now, over 2 years later and will continue to indefinitely. Her receptionist, Hattie, is also so sweet and such a welcoming presence when you first walk in. You guys are the best!!

We saw Dr. Abby for my daughter’s second winter ear infection. Dr. Abby always makes our visits so easy and fun. As a mama — and therapist! — I greatly appreciate providers who talk to my girl directly, talk her through each step and make sure she’s comfortable along the way. We got on a plane with tips on how to keep fluid moving in her ears the best we can. E wants to come back for the toys, I’ll come back for the treatments. 😉 Thanks, Dr. Abby!

I found ANH after having my first daughter in 2023, when I brought her to Dr Abby to help with torticollis. I instantly feel in love with ANH! Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly. Dr Abby was a life saver during my 2nd pregnancy as I battled sciatica and I still see her post-partum. There are so many resources beyond chiropractic services, that we take advantage of frequently. The salt room is amazing when we are battling colds, and the ultra sound has helped to clear clogged ducts more times then I can count! I would recommend Dr Abby and ANH Wellness to anyone!

ANH is wonderful! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. I have been adjusted pregnant, postpartum, just everyday me, my husband and baby have been adjusted, the whole family loves it here! The care you receive is top notch and you can do a little shopping in the waiting room while your kids play, what more could a mom ask for ❤️

All the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! They offer many products and services geared towards holistic health! Megan is an amazing chiropractor with a very kind and compassionate personality and Tamara’s prenatal massage is absolutely heavenly. I always walk out of the office in better spirits and less pain than I entered in, highly recommend their services!
