A propos

I am a member of AMTA ( American Massage Therapy Association). I completed my Massage Therapy training at the Swedish Institute of Health & Sciences, in New York. I'm trained in Swedish massage, Sports Massage, Medical massage, and 5-Element Shiatsu. I opened my own practice over 5 years ago in New York City, then relocated to Minneapolis where I've worked for a few large companies and some celebrity clients. I am passionate about Massage Therapy. The power that a good massage has on the body is beyond belief, and I find satisfaction in improving the wellbeing of my clients. I am a married mom of 4 beautiful children, and I'm at a peaceful place in my life; this has allowed me to project my peace and calmness in my environment and on to my clients. This you will notice as I use a variety of sounds which represents nature to put you at ease. Because I love what I do this feels less like work and more like a favorite pass time.A Graduate of the Swedish Institute in New York. I'm trained in Swedish massage, Medical massage, and 5-Element Shiatsu. My work is very versatile and customized to fit each client's individual needs. When you schedule an appointment I do a series of assessments to determine the best method of treatment for your session. I approach my work intuitively and from a therapeutic and clinical viewpoint. I strive to bring balance to your entire body regardless of the original source of discomfort.
