I recently started seeing Kaitlin Vanderveen for massage and I could not recommend her enough! She is extremely knowledgeable and skilled in her field. I have lots of muscle tension that contributes to chronic migraines and after just a few treatments with Kaitlin, I have never felt better. Book with her if you want someone who is intentional, effective and extremely knowledgeable!!!

Health care professionals and treatments are good. Receptionist(Rene) has been un-professional in multiple occasions and she locked my patient profile from booking appointments so I can not book treatments. I will not be going there again. 1. The explanation in the comment section is not true. Email was sent after access was terminated., your team should have checked before they decided to do so. 2. Also the receptionist charged me incorrect amount with out checking with the therapist or the customer (myself) in this case. Reception charged wrong fees and to cover that up a formal email was sent to say it was my fault and that access to booking is blocked. It should have been consulted not implied. 3. I have had multiple appointments with active health and reception wrote an email about how an RMT was wrong in taking notes and sent a big email to me. It shows there is missing team integrity with in the organization and among peers. In nut shell, mistakes happens business flourishes if one takes ownership and fix it., blaming customers is not going to grow your business. Good luck!

Condescending and rude owner of the clinic who denied me service without having any knowledge and rather is rude. They genuinely are not concerned about your health if they weren’t even willing to understand what I need and how they could help. I would stay far far away from this place - that is super concerning.
