Straight out of high school I obtained my X-ray Tech Certification through the Air Force because it was my goal to go into a pre-med field. However, I simply was not quite sure what that consisted of. I began working for a couple of orthopedic surgeons in Selma, Ala (where I am from) as I put myself through undergrad. I then went on to work at the ER dept in Opelika, Alabama while attending Auburn University

I was looking for relief from constant upper back pain but didn’t feel comfortable getting a traditional adjustment. At 67, with some osteoporosis, I wanted something gentler.
Dr. Jamie uses a computer-assisted device called the Pro Adjuster 360. The treatment was quick, painless, and exactly what I needed. I felt noticeable improvement after just one visit, and my upper back finally had some relief. Highly recommend!

This staff was so helpful and kind after my auto accident! I have a busy schedule and they were so willing to help with that and make sure I was all set! The adjustments, therapies, and exercises they give me are all so helpful and great for my body, but the staff is truly what makes this place so so special! They are so dedicated and amazing at what they do! I would recommend this facility to any and everyone 🩷

I had the absolute best experience with Action Spine & Joint! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and genuinely cared for. Everyone is incredibly friendly and treats you like family.
A special thank you to Gabby. She is truly a blessing. She made my entire therapy journey so much more comfortable and encouraging. I’m happy for the amazing care I received and highly recommend Action Spine & Joint to anyone looking for outstanding service and support!

I was looking for a great doctor to help me with my aches and pains. I tried P/T but that didn't help much. I did a lot of calling and got the run around. Then finally did a Google search and saw their Ad. I called them, set up an appointment, came in and now I dont want to ever leave this place! The atmosphere walking in so welcoming and the ladies are so professional and nice. Dr. J is awesome! He not only listens to me, but he hears me and follows through. I've started showing improvement in my posture and walk. The downside for me is that they're about 20 minutes away but worth the drive 2-3 a week. I would definitely recommend people to come here.

Highly Recommend!! Action Spine and Joint has done miracles for MY lower back and sciatic nerve pain. The decompression table has saved me from getting back surgery and has given instant relief on my sciatic pain. I travel periodically to Nashville and always stop in to see Dr. Bearden who is incredibly intelligent and knowledgeable on what equipment to use that has saved me from seeing other doctors and taking pain medication.
