Dr. Tindale is a board-certified chiropractor with 25+ years of experience. She is passionate about chiropractic care that focuses on the individual background and goals of the patient. She treats everyone from infants to the elderly, and her main objective is to help patients find pain relief and achieve better overall health. Dr. Tindale was inspired to become a chiropractor after witnessing the improvement in her grandfather's health with holistic healing treatment. She received her education from Penn State University, Albany State, and New York Chiropractic College. After running a successful chiropractic practice in New York City, she moved back to Pennsylvania with her family and is excited to provide top-notch chiropractic care to her new patients.

Went for my initial visit - scheduled for 12:30pm. I arrived about an hour early since I was in the area from another appointment. I figured I would wait and been seen at my scheduled time. She worked me through other appointments and had me out the door just after 12:30. She was super friendly, cared about what I had to say and made sure I was able to understand what she was telling me.

I decided to see Dr. Tindale to help relieve a "locked up" feeling in my upper back. She quickly picked up on an SI issue I had a few years back and thought was mostly resolved. The best part is working out the numbness in my hands - adjusting neck, shoulders, elbows, and even wrists! - I didn't know that was a thing. Much preferred over surgery. My daughter has also started seeing her. Reccommend for sure 😊

Very professional and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with care provided. I went in with pain in my joints especially hip, knee shoulders and neck. After just three sessions I feel so much better. I am walking several miles with my dogs without having any hip pain. I am feeling so good and highly recommend.
