Dr. Van is great! He really takes the time to listen and explain everything so you feel comfortable and confident with your care. I’ve noticed a huge improvement since coming here. On top of that, the staff is just as wonderful—friendly, professional, and always make you feel welcome the second you walk in. The whole office runs smoothly and you can tell they truly care about their patients. I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received from Dr. Van and his team!

A truly one-of-a kind experience with Dr. Van and his team! I’ve just begun treatment with Dr. Van, and after months of severe daily pain, I’ve already found incredible relief. I’m excited to continue and see how much more progress I make under his care. But what moved me most, and what’s hard to put into words, was the experience my seven-year-old son, who has Down syndrome, had during his first visit. He’s suffered for years with chronic ear infections and is now on his third set of tubes. Despite his high pain tolerance, he tells us daily that his ears hurt. The only solutions we’ve been offered are antibiotics that feel like a temporary fix, if they work. Dr. Van met my child with eagerness, kindness, and a level of patience we’ve never experienced in a medical visit, and we’ve been through many medical visits over the past seven years. He connected with my son, met him where he was, and made the visit fun and engaging. When my son became fascinated by the x-ray machine, Dr. Van didn’t rush. He let him explore, even sat him on his lap, and showed him the images like he was his own child. When it came time for the adjustment, I expected to have to intervene — as I usually do. But I never left my seat. Dr. Van gently coached him, saying he needed to check for “popcorn” in his neck and back. He tapped into my son’s imagination and made it fun. When my son told him his shoes made him fast like Sonic, Dr. Van promised he’d run even faster after the adjustment. Then, they raced down the hallway and my son was grinning from ear to ear. No tears. No fear. No restraint. Just joy, curiosity, and care. The next morning, without any prompting, my son told me, “My ear feels good.” That has never happened. He has never voluntarily told us he feels good. This visit meant more to us than I can say, and I’m incredibly hopeful about what’s to come. Thank you, Dr. Van and your amazing team — we’re so grateful for your care. And yes… we love the suckers!
