My husbands care at the Center at Arrowhead was amazing. He was in for wound care for almost 2 weeks. The staff, his day and night shift nurses, LPN’s and CNA’s were truly a team of exceptional professional people. They were thorough, made sure my husband had his wound tended too after having surgery and the PICC line dressing changed at the appointed time as well. They take there job seriously and my husband and I are very happy we discovered this care facility. While they appear to be understaffed, they do a tremendous job. Other facilities we checked out are understaffed as well. We’d like to take the time to say THANK YOU to the staff who took great care of my husband. Tracy (case mgr), Lacey, Desiree (Admin). And to the nurses, CNA’s, LPN’s - Victor, Alysa, Heather, Rhonda and Crystal. I also want to thank the PT and OT staff that kept my hubby “mobile”. I hope I didn’t leave anyone out and if I did, we thank you as well! If we ever need a skilled nursing facility, this is it. You are all are a credit to your profession. We thank you all for what you do. ❤️

I just recently got MRSA and a 100% blockage heart attack And the center at Arrowhead It's complete staff has been so helpful and I could swallow now I just walked today 420 ft. I can say only nice things about this place. Jennifer in the kitchen Has been a godsend to me just a wonderful person she helps me get the food I for each meal because I'm a diabetic And I appreciate her very much.
