In her free time, Dr. Roeder enjoys hiking, yoga, walks on the beach with her dog and spending time with family and friends. She donates much of her free time in the community to both people and four-legged friend causes. As a transplant from the Mid-West, Dr. Roeder appreciates our beautiful surroundings here in San Diego and that her snow-shoveling days are behind her now!Passionate about your healing and wellness, we have been taking care of San Diego for many years now. Come on by and meet our doctor and staff!

We treat patients naturally with chiropractic, homeopathic, herbal and nutritional remedies & help with neck & back pain, headaches, carpal tunnel syndrome, pregnancy, disc problems, plantar fasciitis and more. Treatment for auto & work injuries is available, as well as total family healthcare. Our centerally located office also offers Yoga, Pilates, Physiotherapy and Massage Therapy.
