From the very first phone call, the entire experience was seamless. The front desk staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating with scheduling. I felt like a priority, not just another patient. Dr. Steve Aurand is a miracle worker. I walked in barely able to move and walked out 30 minutes later feeling like a new person. He took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and got straight to the root of the issue.

I've been a patient for 20+ years with Dr. Steve. I avoided chiropractic care for years because I thought they just wanted you to get weekly adjustments, that was a bad perception on my part. Although some people might need more consistent treatments, I've been fortunate that I might been seen once or twice per year, if that? Over the years, depending on injury/situation, I'm usually back to normal in 3-5 treatments and then just maintenance as needed after that. Early on I saw other chiropractors but kept going back to Dr. Steve, I appreciated his insight, use of equipment, massages, and his gift of identifying issues and then making great adjustments. Now, he's the only one I fully trust for chiropractic care. Father's Day weekend I was moving couches and tweaked something. Monday, I felt tight and tried to twist and pop my back but it seemed to get worse. Today, a week later, my back felt like it was "locked up." I called and they scheduled me today. I received treatment on a traction machine and then Dr. Steve did his adjustments, I walked out 75% better than I walked in. I was in pain with a "locked up" lower back but after treatment, I walked out standing up with significantly less pain. I'm scheduled for another treatment on Wednesday with a massage and I fully anticipate that within 1-2 more treatments I'll likely be back to "normal" and good for another few months until I over do it or need a "maintenance tune up." Honestly, I just cant say enough about Dr. Steve and his staff. I'm sure I'm not the only person he has provided an improved quality of life for with his chiropractic care and treatments but I am blessed to have him in my life.
