In his free time, Dr. Koch and his wife enjoy watching their two sons play soccer and lacrosse. Occasionally the entire family will participate in local charity 5k races. Summertime is the Koch family's favorite time of the year because they get to spend time with family and friends at the Jersey Shore. In the free time left over, Dr. Koch enjoys participating in triathlons and running races.We have been helping people in the Washington Township area for over 20 years. When people feel that their "back goes out," we've been there to help using the best combination of gentle care for those who need it, and "old school" hands on chiropractic for those who like to be adjusted that way too! We treat each person using the best technique for them.

There are many ways to adjust the spine. Dr. Koch uses a wide range of techniques that range from the very gentle to the traditional "hands on" chiropractic techniques. Diversified, Gonstead, Activator, Sacro Occipital Technique, HIO, Cox, and Thompson (drop table) are the most common techniques that Dr. Koch uses. He also utilizes motorized traction tables to help patients who suffer from bulging or herniated disc problems. His goal is to deliver the most appropriate technique for each patient.
