I am a licensed massage therapist in the state of California with over 10 years in the field. Through the years I’ve gained experience by working alongside skilled chiropractors and physical therapists who took the time to teach me how to provide exceptional care to patients. My passion for this career shows through the work I provide, and I am more than happy to take the time to provide additional information necessary to your specific wellness goals, such as stretching and strengthening exercises to help with pain management and over all well being. At Knot All Bliss, you are seen by one massage therapist, which is beneficial when you are seeking an outcome-based treatment. Éducation et formation
Each session is catered to the need of the client. Treatments are in the style of combination massage. This means that sessions include all or some of the following modalities: deep tissue, trigger point, swedish massage, & myofascial release. Manual scar tissue removal, TMJ disorder massage, facial cupping, & facial lymphatic drainage massage are available as an add-on at no additional cost. Other focuses are sports massage, pregnancy massage, geriatric massage, athletic kids massage, & medical massage. What sets me apart from others is that I do not charge for add-ons such as hot stones, cupping, gua sha, & aromatherapy. I believe that every client should not have to choose between what add-on to pick. I work based off of your needs and what would benefit you the most. Onsite infrared sauna dome offered to maxize healing and detoxification at a low cost.

Truly one of the best massages I've had in years! Dalila who did my full body (60 min) massage did an amazing job! I live in a world of stress that has created all these tiny knots across my neck and back. She found each one of them and tried her best to work them out. I felt so great after! She even used hot stones which is always a great touch. Her office is so clean and peaceful. I can't wait for my next appointment!

Dalila is probably the best massage therapist I have ever been to. I suffer from tendinitis in my shoulder, and it can be very hard to get relief as it is brought on from constantly carrying my two year old. After seeing Dalila I was pain free for the first time in months, and with continued treatment I remain that way. She incorporates hot stone work into the massage (for no extra charge!), which I also really love. The office is beautiful, clean and relaxing - plus her prices are very fair. Highly recommend.
