Dr. Joseph Terranova was born in Brooklyn New York. He moved to Hasbrouck Heights New Jersey at the age of 11 where he stayed until moving to Marietta Georgia to pursue his Chiropractic degree. Dr. Terranova is the co-owner/founder for the Injury Health Center. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Excelsior College in New York. Dr. Terranova earned his doctorate degree from Life University in Marietta Georgia in 1999. Early on in his life Dr. Terranova had the burning desire to help people but did not believe traditional medicine. Several of Dr. Terranova relatives are chiropractors and they had a big influence on his decision to become one. He had witnessed the healing power of Chiropractic and knew immediately that he wanted to become one. Dr. Terranova has extensive knowledge in neurology and nutrition. He is well versed in many chiropractic techniques including Diversified, Activator, Thompson, and S.O.T. Today, after many years in practice, Dr. Terranova continues to read, tInjury Health Center in Orlando was opened in 2003. The mission of our office it too provide our patients with a highly effective, safe and affordable form of health care than what they may have previously been exposed. We offer chiropractic care, passive therapy (E-Stim, Ultrasound, Laser, Intersegemental traction, dry hydrotherapy massage, and rehabilitation techniques.) We are the only provider of Acoustic Compression Therapy in central Florida.
