Dr. James Park is a physical therapist and founder of Hybrid PT. He specializes in helping active adults and athletes move better without relying on pain medication or surgery. He received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Columbia University. James brings 11+ years of experience and has advanced training in joint mobilization and soft tissue release techniques. He began Hybrid PT to create an environment where he could provide the best care through direct one-on-one treatment with his patients. When James is not treating patients, he enjoys spending time with his family, and is passionate about tennis, snowboarding and fitness. He also makes time to root for the New York Mets and Jets.Hybrid PT is a unique practice in River Edge, NJ that focuses on you and your personal goals through physical therapy and wellness.
