Dr. Hines has been a resident of the SCV since 1989 . After finishing his undergraduate studies at CSUN, he earned his D.C. degree from CCC-LA in 1997. Dr.Hines is an avid golfer and specializes in the treatment of golf injuries. Dr. Elaine Is born and raised in Agoura Hills,Ca and also graduated from CCC-LA in 1997. Dr. Elaine loves spending time with her 2 daughters and specializes in the care and treatment of female patients!Dr. Hines and Dr. Elaine have been in practice for 14 years serving the needs of SCV residents.

I always look forward to going to Hines Chiropractic Center. Everyone in the office is friendly and welcoming. Definitely a place that cares about your well-being. Dr.Hines is very professional and knowledgeable. The massage therapists are all fantastic. Every visit leaves me feeling better both physically and mentally. I called their office as a first time client and they were able to get me in day of, within a few hours! I was so grateful considering I was dealing with some back pain for over a few days that I wasn’t able to get rid of with home remedies. They were so helpful and most importantly got me feeling better within hours of my first visit! They are professional, truly listen to your concerns and needs and adjust treatment to your needs. Highly recommend if you’re in search of a local chiropractor!
