My neck and shoulders had become so stiff/tight I barely had any range of motion. Couldn't sleep and in pain all the time. Tried several doctors, new pillow, yoga/stretching, took a break from exercising, meds, muscle relaxers, massage therapy, heat, ice...and on and on. Should have just started here. It is unbelievable how quickly I am recovering after dealing with so many months of constant pain. Cannot say enough good things!!! And it's not neck and back "cracking" that people are scared of, really cool techniques that I would encourage anyone to try...as the Fisrt Choice, not the last.
