I began my journey of helping individuals decrease pain and gaining better movement and mood through different massage modalities in 2004. I combine myofascial release and neuromuscular therapy to find those stubborn areas that cause pain and discomfort and loosen the fibers so, you can move and feel more freely. For 13 years I was an independent contractor working with chiropractors and other massage therapists. In 2013 I ventured to open my own location. We just recently added cryotherapy services to aid in pain relief, aesthetics, and fat freezing. We enjoy helping others feel better in their own skin.
