À propos
Dr. Cash DeWitt grew up in Forest, VA attending Jefferson Forest HS where he played soccer and cross country. During his time in high school and college sports he sustained multiple running related injuries that fueled his passion for physical therapy. Cash majored in Exercise Science at James Madison University and received his doctorate in physical therapy from Elon University. His clinical experience includes working with a variety of sports, orthopedic, and neurological conditions. Cash completed his Fellowship in Applied Functional Science in 2017 making him one of less than 600 physical therapists trained in three-dimensional analysis of all functional movements. Cash specializes in treating active adults, athletes, foot injuries, headaches and scoliosis. He uses specialized techniques including dry needling, cupping, and blood flow restriction to help his clients. Cash volunteers as the PT provider for New Covenant boys basketball team and Jefferson Forest HS boys soccer team.3D Movement and Rehab was founded with the goal of providing personalized physical therapy. Dr. Cash DeWitt saw a need for holistic physical therapy that considered more than just the injury but also the person. Previously treatments were not specific to the patient with patients given one size fits all treatment plans. Dr. DeWitt saw the failings of this approach as many did not fully heal to return to their activities. 3D Movement and Rehab is a compassionate mobile concierge practice that provides individualized care in the comfort of your home. We evaluate every client from head to toe in all planes of motion to determine exactly the causing the patient's dysfunction. We formulate a plan with the client to help correct the causes and transition the client back to their activities. Our clients are given everything they need to achieve an improved level of health so that they can return to living life on their terms without fear of reinjury.
