The team at Empower is amazing! They care about each of their patients to get them to their fullest recovery state possible. I went to them less than a year ago for frozen shoulder pain which would not let me sleep at night and kept me tired throughout the day. I was miserable and skeptical that PT is the answer. Dr. Justin, Tony and so many others made me believe in the efficacy of PT!!! THANK YOU EMPOWER TEAM! They truly empower their patients to recover with their 200% commitment to it!

I received PT at the Chino Hills facility after TKR surgery. Previously I had gone to a very highly rated, very large wellness center for different issues that needed PT. I thought it was a great place. That was then and this is now! Empower has shown me what the PT experience should be. When I walked in for my first session I was taken back by the smallness and what appeared to be unequiped space. The friendly and professional staff are so organized that a client/patient is able to use every needed apparatus with no waiting. You are not directed but shown/demonstrated how to perform the exercise. You are not on your own, the therapist or associate is close by to assist and encourage! I'm pretty sure I've been helped by all the doctors and associates at least once over the two months I was able to benefit from PT at Empower. There was not one time in my many visits that I was not welcomed by name with a smile. I was able to enjoy many sessions with Dr Jason who was knowledgeable and kind. One last thing.... my surgeon is very pleased with my ongoing recovery. He says I am ahead of schedule and to keep doing whatever I'm doing. I only wish Medicare felt that way. This 85yr old will miss the Empower family, my last visit is soon and I feel great!

I’ve been seeing the physical therapists here for the last couple of weeks and I never thought that my ribs would start to feel better, but they have helped me begin to move again. Every single person that works there genuinely cares about their patients making you feel seen and heard. In the medical field, especially in America we find that they’re just isn’t a lot of time for patients and their care providers, but this office definitely uses that little bit of time to make you feel better.
