Carlo L. Sayo and Lisa P. Sayo are the co-owners of Empower Physical Therapy and Wellness. We are dedicated in providing the Chino Hills and Chino community a place they can trust to help active people in pain get back to doing things they love to do.Started in 2015, Empower PT and Wellness started with a simple mission: “Help people make better decisions about their health!” We specialize in helping ACTIVE people get out of PAIN so they can get back to doing the things they LOVE to do!

From advanced knowledge and techniques, to listening to my input and needs, they created a custom physical therapy solution to give me the absolute best recovery possible. They motivate through positivity, instead of the bullying other PT places use. Things have gone so well that my surgeon is thrilled with my outcome! I strongly urge anyone in need of PT to go to Empower, because PT doesn't stand for Pain & Torture. It truly is Physical Therapy.

I have had two different series of physical therapy at Empower in the last 6 months - one for hip pain, and one for ankle pain/swelling. I received excellent individualized and effective care by every one of the PT doctors and assistants. The ladies at the front desk were also very friendly and accommodated my scheduling needs. I look forward to returning for another series after my upcoming surgery. I enthusiatically recommend Empower Physical Therapy and Wellness!
