I specialize in many different forms of therapeutic massage including swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy ,sports, stretch and release, resistance physical therapy, pregnancy & prenatal. I excel at treating acute conditions and giving people their mobility back. I do everything from Reiki energy healing to treating TMJ to frozen shoulder. I have worked with Chiropractors on the central coast and am familiar with a number of disorders. I currently work with both Dr. John Watson in Morro Bay as well as Dr. Teja Fox in Templeton.

I am 37 weeks pregnant and have been needing a great prenatal massage. I was so happy to have gotten in with Bree. Her setup was so comfortable, I was on my side with super supportive and cozy pillows. She was really knowledgeable in prenatal massage, and helped me feel so much better. My hips had been especially sore, and her massage was amazing. My calves and feet have also been super sore and a little swollen and felt so much better afterwards. She was able to get my whole body, even on my side, and I wish I would have gone to her sooner. I highly recommend her. Very soothing and comfortable space, and a very results driven massage.

Precise, detailed and focused. Best message ever. Most become robots, but not Bree. Everything she does directly addresses what is needed. My last massage helped me feel great for a whole 2 weeks! The place is decorated in a cute way. The bathroom is super clean. The relaxing music is varied and interesting. The speaker for the music sounds pretty decent. The face pillow thing is super comfortable. The lotion smelled nice and refreshing. I can tell Bree remembers exactly what I asked. She doesn’t deviate to just follow her own routine. She’s super professional too. This is my new regular place and I’m recommending my friends.
