I specialize in many different forms of therapeutic massage including swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy ,sports, stretch and release, resistance physical therapy, pregnancy & prenatal. I excel at treating acute conditions and giving people their mobility back. I do everything from Reiki energy healing to treating TMJ to frozen shoulder. I have worked with Chiropractors on the central coast and am familiar with a number of disorders. I currently work with both Dr. John Watson in Morro Bay as well as Dr. Teja Fox in Templeton.
