Strong Password
Use a unique password with at least 8 characters including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters. Never reuse passwords from other services.
Two-Factor Authentication
Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of protection. With 2FA enabled, logging in requires both your password and a one-time code sent to your phone. Enable it under Profile > Security.
Manage Active Sessions
Under Profile > Security > Active Sessions, you can see all devices currently logged into your account. Revoke access for any unrecognized devices immediately.
Recognize Phishing
Medximity will never ask for your password via email, text, or phone call. All legitimate Medximity emails come from @medximity.com domains. If you receive a suspicious message, forward it to our support team and do not click any links.
If You Suspect Unauthorized Access
- Change your password immediately.
- Revoke all active sessions.
- Enable 2FA if not already active.
- Contact support to report the incident.
