Gradually I developed my own style of massage to help fix acute muscular issues, and a client turned me on to Active Release Techniques. I learned more about this type of therapy, and it was a perfect fit for my goals of helping people in the best way I can. I gradually became a Master ART Therapist, and have since added on courses from Titelist Performance Institute and become efficient at analyzing body movements and where there is a problem. I enjoy using complimentary therapy to ART, such as Infrared Light Therapy, and various stretching and strengthening techniques.
