Master ART and TPI Therapist. I love helping people to reach their performance goals and helping fix chronic pain and injuries. Athletes need more then just stretching. Muscles Sprains and strains are difficult to fix but we can get quick and sustainable results to reducing pain and performing and 100%. If you are a Crossfit member, all out gym person, power lifter, office worker, weekend warrior, marathon runner, sprinter, cyclist, baseball player, pitcher, basketball player, volleyball star, serious competitor, racer, post surgery, pre surgery, need recovery, have pain, need more flexibility ,Established in 2002 I started out as an in home massage therapist, for elderly and home bound patients. Gradually I developed my own style of massage to help fix acute muscular issues, and a client turned me on to Active Release Techniques. I learned more about this type of therapy, and it was a perfect fit for my goals of helping people in the best way I can. I gradually became a Master ART Therapist, and have since added on courses from Titelist Performance Institute and become efficient at analyzing body movements and where there is a problem. I enjoy using complimentary therapy to ART, such as Infrared Light Therapy, and various stretching and strengthening techniques.
