I see Tiff for 50 minute stretches and the time flies. The sessions are incredibly helpful, and I’m always getting recommendations for specific stretches to do on my own based on what’s happening in my body that day. Tiff is also a great conversationalist and down to earth, which is a bonus.

Stretch Lab LBX and Jose have been instrumental and my fitness journey. Jose listen and works hard to help you get to your goal. He's gone above and beyond by providing helpful videos that has made me feel more confident. Thanks to him I know I am ready for the LBC marathon. I had a not so nice experience at another Stretch Lab and I am so glad that I gave Strech Lab another shot.
