Zami is awesome… with all the flexologist he is very very kind and conscientious. I’m not the easiest person to work with. I have all kinds of aches and pains and Zami listens to me , is able to do my full body stretch and not hurt me at all. In fact I always feel better once I start going on a regular routine and can’t believe how stiff I get when I miss a session or two. Thank you , Zami!!

I was skeptical of the concept of assisted stretching at first. However, after giving it a try, I swear by it. Flexologist, Alexis, is the best at listening to verbal feedback as well as physical. I feel as though my stretches are personalized to my needs.
