I was skeptical of the concept of assisted stretching at first. However, after giving it a try, I swear by it. StretchLab helps you achieve a level of flexibility that is noticeable in daily activities and assists in your workout recovery. Flexologist, Alexis, is the best at listening to verbal feedback as well as physical. I feel as though my stretches are personalized to my needs.

Jasmine did a great job of walking me through the stretches and explaining what muscle each one was targeting. Also, she gave me some tips on how to alleviate some tightness on my own. Overall it was a great experience!
